You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. NUXA uses Supabase for authentication and data storage.
3. Data Ownership
Your financial data belongs to you. NUXA does not sell, share, or monetize your personal financial information. You may export or delete your data at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NUXA for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access other users data, or disrupt the service. Automated access (scraping, bots) is prohibited without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
NUXA is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. NUXA is not liable for any financial decisions made based on the data displayed in the application.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NUXA after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
